The Elvis Presley Loaf

Peanut Butter Banana Walnut BreadAs everybody knows…Elvis loved his banana peanut butter sandwiches. I decided to combine the two ingredients to make this banana bread. I also love the crunch of Walnuts so instead of using crunchy peanut butter I’m using smooth peanut butter and I’m adding chopped walnuts. I love the richness of the vanilla bean paste versus vanilla extract so that is also included into this hunka, hunka, banana bread! I know the king of rock and roll would hugely approve of this Bread as well as my neighbors banana tree!

Elvis Presley – “Rock and roll music, if you like it, if you feel it, you can’t help but move to it. That’s what happens to me. I can’t help it.” “Some people tap their feet, some people snap their fingers, and some people sway back and forth.” That is how we feel about this loaf! We hope you Enjoy!
