OpenTTD 13.0-beta1 released

Are you spooked? We are too with this spooky release date, even if nothing in OpenTTD itself is spooky.
Luckily, I can offer you the first testing release of the 13.X release series. We collected whatever we could find on the cutting room floor to get you a Halloween release.
Some of the higlights of this release include:
- Build NewGRF objects over an era with click-and-drag.
- Wider rivers on map generation.
- Improved handling of HiDPI and mixed-DPI screens.
- Some more GUI improvements like a cleaned up finance window.
- Many bug-fixes (over 50 of them), tweaks, changes, and other additions.
(As ever, see the changelog for further details).
The usual titlegame competition has been announced on the forums. See the page for the exact competition rules if you are interested.

I'm very pleased with the new versjon, It looks for me that it easier than ever to build a huge network. There also looks more easy to get growing the industri.

You are aware of the fact that you are at least 1 1/2 years late with this post and actually many are eagerly awaiting the 14.0 version?!?
Almost got me like "Did developers really post a release notice with an incorrect version number???" until I saw the original post date

I play 13.4 verson at one computer that is the newest version as I know.

If you look in the "Announcements" section at the top of the "General OpenTTD" forum (and probably others), you'll see a thread titled "OpenTTD 14 beta released". That's got details on where to get the beta from.
If you want to stick to stable editions, then 13.4 is the latest available.
