Are you preparing your trip to Amsterdam and tothe Netherlands and want to rent mobility aids? Feel free to contact us to be able to rent what you need. When planning a trip abroad, it may be useful not to carry all the necessary equipment with you, but to rent it directly on site. The rental will allow you to avoid traveling with your personal equipment, often difficult to bring from home. Our suppliers have been carefully chosen, so that we can offer excellent products.The rented devices are delivered directly to your hotel and can be rented daily or weekly. How to book:

REQUEST A QUOTE

Request a quote: send an email to info@amsterdamobile.com or fill out the form on the contact page specifying your request. In the message, please specify the following information:

• The type and amount of equipment you would like rent.
• The start and end date of the desired renting period.
• Your accomodation address.

Reservations for mobility equipment must be made at least 7 working days in advance (in case of last minute booking an extra fee may be applied). The rental of the equipment is subject to availability and stock. In case of mobility scooters we advise booking at least one month ahead of arrival. In the case of last minute requests, extra "speed" rates may be applied. Delivery and pick-up from Monday to Friday, during office hours.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

• Follow the instructions given by AmsterdaMobile on how to make the payment.
• You can pay the rental service with your own card. We accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and iDeal.
• The service confirmation will be sent by AmsterdamMobile after you have sent the required documentation and payment.
• Reservations for mobility equipment must be made at least 7 working days in advance.
• The rental of the equipment is subject to availability and stock. In case of mobility scooters we advise booking at least one month ahead of arrival.

DELIVERY

1. Delivery will always take place at your hotel accommodation.
2. You are responsible to inform your hotel of your intention to have equipment delivered prior to your arrival. You need to ask whether your hotel can accept the delivery. It is in fact mandatory that someone be present during the equipment delivery as you or a member of the hotel's front desk team needs to sign for delivery.
3. Delivery and collection takes place from Monday to Friday. In case of weekend arrivals or outside of regular working hours we advise you to have the delivery made the day before. Pick-up can also be scheduled the day after your departure, fees will apply for each extra day.
