Overall a nice property. It was convenient to get downtown however, the neighborhood had an incident where the police came due to a domestic disturbance. Certainly no fault of this property’s owners. The house was clean and we requested someone to come mow the backyard because the grass was high and they came out very promptly.Would stay there again if coming to the Greenville area for several days.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard.

303 Beechwood is immaculate, updated, and extremely comfortable. My friends and I loved this house and felt like we were at a friend’s house. Great kitchen for cooks. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. All the emails were clear and concise…no need for a phone call.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is more beautiful in person than the pictures show, which are also gorgeous. The beds were comfy and the entire home was very spacious. Every amenity you can imagine is provided. It was also an easy walk to downtown for many restaurants and shopping. I hope to return in the future.

Such a cool spot! Exceeded our expectations. The space was beautiful and large enough for our family to spread out. My niece loved the kids room!

Stunning is right! This place is top shelf luxury and the hosts thought of everything.

Great location and beautiful, clean property!

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs; this property may be the best. The owner has probably traveled a lot because everything we needed was there, and more!, and it was all top of the line. From bathrobes to charging stations on each side of the bed, to 100% cotton sheets on a wonderful mattress, to designer lighting throughout, to a sound machine to use at night, to a shower with rain and spray and jets! and a soaker tub — and all of it in a remarkable architectural design with tasteful decor throughout. Lots of space to spread out, even an office (and we both had zoom meetings to attend while there) with plenty of stable WiFi power, great appliances. And they’ve taped operating instructions by the television, the lights, the A/C, the appliances, etc., which can be SO helpful in a new place. Know that parking is a couple of blocks away, and the unit on the bottom floor of the building faces a very busy street, and there aren’t many windows, but none of that mattered — we didn’t hear the traffic and enjoyed walking in charming downtown Greenville. It’s just a beautiful place to stay and to thoroughly enjoy.
