Valentine’s Day is February 14, and the time to start thinking about Valentine’s Day supplies is now. If you have a child in Elementary school they may need to make a Valentine box to hold all of their valentines exchanged by friends during a school party.

2.Duct Tape Chair Back Envelope~ Make an adorable chair back envelope for storing Valentine’s cards. The best part, all you need is duct tape!

5. Paper Plate Heart Pocket~ This adorable heart-shaped pocket would be cute hanging on a door knob or filled with Valentine cards and treats.

6. Heart-Shaped Bucket ~ Old school meets modern day Valentine holder. The heart-shaped bucket was constructed from a painted manila folder, pipe cleaners, glue and construction paper. You will even learn a fun technique to ‘smoosh’ paint with wax paper.

DIY Felt Valentine Envelopes {Homemade Valentine Boxes} ~Instead of a cardboard box that will be heavy to carry to and from school, make this cute DIY Felt Valentine Envelope for your child to collect all of his cards and treats from friends this Valentines Day. With a little hot glue and some scissors you can create a no-sew envelope of your own.

Mom can sew it using the free pattern and your children can put it to good use. It’s so cute you can keep it out year-round so your child can have lots of play time with it. How cute would it be for Christmas and they can put their letter to santa in it?!
